'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
So few of courage, and oh so many who act as a louse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
With goodies for all and freebies for all who dare;
The children were nestled all snug in the beds,
While their future's have been hurt and all but dead;
And mamma in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap,
Have ignored our care and are all over the map,

Déjà vu - Strappado Wrack - From Viet Nam Defiance to Boston Surrender
Historically, what separated American society from most other countries was a healthy distrust of government and a tradition of civil liberties. The Bill of Rights is a unique safeguard embodied within the constitutional structure of a road map for governmental restraint. One of the most important restrictions placed upon the police powers of the central government is exemplified in Posse Comitias. The militarization of domestic law enforcement is fundamentally in conflict with individual rights and natural law.

Déjà vu - View from the Mount - The Constitution: on Being a Citizen and Person
Governments have a rule they like to enforce. Defining the standards for citizenship is fundamental to the organization of society. The State has emerged as the final arbitrator for disputes, especially conflicts between the 'person', and the government. But is any person a citizen? The wording within the U.S. Constitution on this topic is clear and indisputable.

Déjà vu - Radical Reactionary - Article V Constitutional Amendment Options
With all the controversy coming from the Mark Levin argument that Liberty Amendments could be enacted by using Article V, which allows for individual States to use a convention for proposing amendments, to the U.S. Constitution, it is worth an examination. A good primer is offered by the Tea Party Patriots in a webinar symposium, in a four- part-session. The first was held online, 1/7/14 was attended to this report. The next three are scheduled for 1/14/14. 1/21/14 and 1/28/14. Those who view this approach as a viable option might want to engage in the Tea Party Community discussion.

Déjà vu - Inherent Autonomy - New World Order Pope - Frankie the Fake
The Catholic Church has a long history, for good and bad, that has shaped the political fortunes of Western Civilization for over two millenniums. From the conversion of the Roman Empire under Constantine to the pagan ridden culture of feast days and devotions to the Great East-West Schism of the 11th century, the “Church” has invited skepticism and criticism while the spiritual teachings of Jesus Christ took a back seat to the temporal lust for power and dominion. Throughout the turmoil of the Common Era, scholarship and core doctrine professed a profound belief in the teachings of the Gospels, the promise of salvation and the sanctity of individual life.

Déjà vu - Global Gulag - Political Toadies and a Broken Down System
All the Statesmen are dead. The worst of society rise to the top of the food chain. Habitual liars run for civic office and the most skilled prevaricator gain seniority. The shyster class runs roughshod over the jurisprudence for the benefit of the enablers of the corrupt criminal syndicate. Alas, public meetings still start with the pledge of allegiance, but the words no longer have meaning – the Republic is officially dead. The emperor in chief needs no consent to wage war; he is above all sanction. Mourning over the corpse will only get you on the no-fly list.

Déjà vu - Totalitarian Collectivism - Wealth Destruction for the 99.9 Percent
Blaming the 1% for diminished prosperity avoids the real reasons for designed poverty. In round terms, the seven billion souls that populate this planet translates into seventy million to be part of the 1%. Well, that amount is still a very large number to blame for the systemic transfer of riches into the hands of the few. A far more relevant approach is to examine the .001% or around seven million that fall into the mover or shakers of asset and possessions. Before targeting this group of mega wealth, that figure includes a very significant number, who are non-players when it comes to global politics or transnational finance.

Déjà vu - Strappado Wrack - Why Mars Space Exploration?
With all the excitement over the Mars rovers, the cries for a visionary manned exploration program are back with earnest. If you are romantic, then maybe you are moved. But if you are a student of history, the fundamental question of purpose needs to be asked. What is the point of sending living beings to distant planets, when our own earth is a confused mess? The analogy of criticism for a Columbus voyage doesn’t wash. The age of discovery involved expansion and exploration that increased commerce and offered hope for a new future. Long space journeys only gratify the egos of governments.

Déjà vu - Totalitarian Collectivism - Private Prisons and the Enslavement Society
What more time-honored practice in the long history of state-sponsored servitude than the institutionalization of prisoners? Incarceration for offenses against government laws is a cornerstone for power and survivability of any regime. Prisons may have been hellholes over the centuries, but seldom has the internment of convicted lawbreakers been a growth industry for private profit. It almost makes one wonder exactly who are the crooks. While most hard-pressed citizens want a safe and secure society, few ever give even a passing thought to the insatiable corporatist criminalization of the criminal justice system. Just how many Americans agree with the proposition, if you did the crime, you need to serve the time.

Déjà vu - Radical Reactionary - AIPAC Zionists - the Archenemy of the American Nation
The habitual pilgrimage to kiss the ring of the “Khazar conspiracy” is upon us once again. The late great and trustworthy friend Alan Stang sheds light on the political movement called Zionism. “Presumably the Jews in Israel are Zionists, or they would leave. But there are only a few million Israelis. In the United States, there are scores of millions of Christians in mainline churches who are Zionists and who support Israel as staunchly as any Israeli, with funds as well as prayer.” He continues, “Consider that tens of thousands of Jews not only are not Zionists; they fervently oppose Zionism. They believe that Zionism is condemned by Holy Scripture.”

Déjà vu - Inherent Autonomy - Fear of America First by GOP Establishment
“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to heaven, we were all going direct the other way - in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only”, is just as true today about the true conservative movement as it was back in Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities, era.

Déjà vu - Global Gulag - Jurists Protect the State and Ignore the Constitution
Editors Note: This is the last of a three-part series that covers the "Pork Lawsuit". Read the other essays, Slaying the New York State Pork Dragon and How to Lick the Budget Deficits
When it comes to the meaning of language, the courts are the greatest purveyor of trickery, distortion and perverted interpretation. These illegitimate gatekeepers for the corrupt government, are authorized assassins, appointed to bring the legal cover to Just Us; namely the State. Justice for the people is more than collateral damage for the few; it is systematic denial for the many. The recent Court of Appeals decision that shreds the NYS Constitution in the Pork Lawsuit proves that the rule of law is a charade. The court’s codified endorsement for official money laundering demonstrates that the practice of the law is nothing more than enabling the criminal syndicate of the political class.

Déjà vu - View from the Mount - Number ONE Enemy of the State
There is immense confusion about the nature of the State. There is, even more, bewilderment about what constitutes a patriot. Any discussion in the civic realm begins with a cultural viewpoint. An attitude toward the proper role of the individual’s relationship with government based upon one’s value system and interpretation of civil order is natural. One man’s patriot is another man’s traitor. Where do you stand on the sentiments behind the penning of the below ideas? Quiz yourself and see if you can figure out the name of the author.

Déjà vu - Totalitarian Collectivism - The Meaning of 911 Fifteen Years After
What kind of an American are you? Will you mourn the dead or will you celebrate the government as protector of national security? For thoughtful and historically balanced realists the correct reaction is that the last remnants of the Republic collapsed with the twin towers and burned with the response from the Pentagon fire. Most docile and obedient subjects of the despotic regime that have morphed into outright tyranny still believe the official report from The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, provides the definitive details on the 911 investigation.

Déjà vu - Strappado Wrack - How to Lick the Budget Deficits
Government deficits are a way of life in the post republic America. The spending addiction is a plague that swept away the land of the free and the home of the brave. The cultural curse of entitlement ‘rights’ has created a system of mob rule on the bottom of the ladder and champagne wishes and caviar dreams by plutocrat aristocrats. The controllers of the corporatist economy are just as adamant about their ‘right’ to dominate as the unwashed demonstrator defends their latest chanting theme for wealth re-distribution.

Déjà vu - Totalitarian Collectivism - Martial Law in the Homeland Security Society
Before Federal trolls or indoctrinated government "true believers", starts spreading their slurs, you had better gauge the sentiment in the real America. Seventy-two percent of Americans, in a Gallop poll say big government is a greater threat to the U.S. in the future than is big business or big labor, a record high in the nearly 50-year history of this question. Yet the "so called" authorities would have you accept that only a conspiracy theorist thinks that the great protectors of law and order are capable of routing out Christians, 2nd Amendments advocates, 911 Truth proponents, Tea Party members, Patriot-Liberty groups or Global Warming deniers, and confining them to prison gulags. So when the House introduced HR 645, in 2009 that directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers on military installations, every citizen should feel threatened by its own government.

Déjà vu - Radical Reactionary - The Reemergence of the NeoCons
If you believed that the NeoCons disappeared after the 2008 election, how soon do you forget? With the next round in the never-ending beltway two-step, the Republican leadership readies their hold of the House of Representatives agenda. The Tea Party freshmen promise to bring a breath of fresh air to a stuffy chamber. Time will tell if their pledge of hope will pan out. What is known with certainty is that the entrenched GOP leadership continues with their dedication to the policies that exemplify their NeoCon mindset. So what is a neoconservative?

Déjà vu - Inherent Autonomy - The Court and your Castle
Justifying the Glorious Revolution of 1688, John Locke advanced natural-rights theory of government. He argued that all just governments are founded on consent and are designed solely to protect people in their inherent rights to life, liberty, and property. By "property," Locke meant more than land and goods that could be sold, given away, or even confiscated by the government under certain circumstances. Property also referred to ownership of one's self, which included a right to personal well being.
